Hey FabFam… I was just recently diagnosed with ADHD, and I’m starting to realize some of the symptoms overlap with perimenopause.
So now I feel like I’m dealing with both at the same time — the hot flashes, the brain fog, the forgetting things, the overwhelm, all of it.
It’s been a lot, and I feel very overwhelmed at times? Is anyone else going through this? How are you dealing?

Hey FabFam… I am struggling with these hot flashes right now.
I’ve got the AC on, the fan on, and I’m still not comfortable.
And just to really test my patience, I decided to wear a wig this summer.
Why did I do that? I don’t know.
But I’m out here trying to survive.
Anybody else going through something similar?
