Day 14: Write a Letter to Your Younger (or Future) Self
Today, we’re doing something tender. Something honest.
We’re writing to the girl we were—or the woman we’re becoming.
Your challenge:
Write a letter to your younger self or your future self.
You get to choose.
If you write to your younger self…
Talk to her with kindness.
Tell her what she didn’t know yet, but needed to hear.
Let her know she was never broken—just growing.
Say:
“I’m proud of you.”
“You were doing the best you could.”
“You didn’t deserve what happened.”
“You were always worthy.”
If you write to your future self…
Talk to her with hope.
Tell her what you dream for her.
What you’re working on now that she’ll be grateful for later.
Say:
“Keep going.”
“You’re stronger than you think.”
“You finally made peace with ____.”
“You’re free now.”
This isn’t about perfect words.
It’s about letting something soft come forward.
Give yourself 10 quiet minutes.
Put pen to paper.
Let the message flow.
You might cry. You might smile. You might feel lighter afterward.
Your Turn:
Pick a version of you to write to—and tell her the truth.
Because healing doesn’t just happen in the future.
It also happens when we go back and rescue the girl we used to be.

She’s still in there.
And she still needs your love.
