Day 25: Light a Candle. Set an Intention. Let It Burn Awhile.
Today’s challenge is about ritual—the kind that slows you down and brings you back to center.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Light a candle. Set an intention. Let it burn for a little while.
That’s it. No pressure. No performance.
Just presence.
Why a candle?
Because something powerful happens when you strike a match and say,
“This moment matters.”
Candles have long symbolized light, clarity, and new beginnings.
They help us mark space.
They help us soften into ourselves.
And they remind us that the little things—like flame and breath—are sacred, too.
Why this matters:
In a world that’s loud and fast, lighting a candle is a slow “yes” to yourself.
You’re not multitasking.
You’re not rushing.
You’re simply pausing with purpose.
This small act can shift your energy and your day.
Try this:
Choose a candle that makes you feel something—peace, comfort, calm.
Before you light it, close your eyes.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Set a soft intention, like:
“I invite clarity.”
“I am safe to rest.”
“I release what I don’t need today.”
“I am enough.”
Light the candle. Let it burn while you journal, stretch, pray, or simply sit.
Let it be your anchor today.
Your Turn:
What intention did you set?
How did the ritual feel?

Because sometimes healing doesn’t need a full plan.
Sometimes it just needs a little fire, a little stillness, and a little faith.
