Day 10: Breathe Deeply for 3 Minutes. Eyes Closed. No Phone.
When was the last time you just… breathed?
Not the fast, shallow breathing we do when we’re rushing, stressing, or thinking a mile a minute.
I mean the kind of breath that makes your shoulders drop.
The kind that says: “I’m here. I’m okay. I’m safe.”
That’s today’s challenge.
For 3 minutes, close your eyes and breathe deeply.
No phone. No TV. No multitasking.
Just you, your breath, and this quiet moment.
Why it matters:
Most of us spend our days in “go mode.” We’re thinking, planning, worrying, doing.
But your body needs a break. Your brain needs oxygen.
And your soul? She just needs stillness.
When we slow down and breathe, we calm the nervous system.
We tell our body, “It’s okay to relax.”
We stop holding it all in and start letting it go.
This one small pause can:
Lower stress
Clear your mind
Boost your mood
Give you a reset—no matter what kind of day you’re having
And guess what? You don’t have to earn the break.
You’re allowed to breathe, just because you're alive.
How to do it:
Find a quiet spot. Sit or lie down.
Close your eyes.
Inhale slowly for 4 seconds… hold… then exhale for 6 seconds.
Do this for 3 minutes.
If your mind wanders, it’s okay. Just come back to your breath.
That’s it. No pressure. No performance. Just presence.
Your Turn:
Take the 3 minutes.
Let your breath remind you that peace lives inside you—not out there in the noise, but right here, in the pause.
And if it feels good? Do it again tomorrow. Or the next day.
This challenge isn’t about checking boxes—it’s about coming back to yourself.

You don’t need to do more.
You just need to breathe.
