Day 8: Set a Boundary Today—Big or Small
Let’s talk about boundaries.
Not the kind you put around your yard.
The kind you put around your peace.
Today’s challenge is this:
Set one boundary. Just one.
Big or small. Out loud or in your heart.
It could be:
Saying “no” to something you don’t want to do
Not answering that call when you’re tired
Giving yourself permission to stop explaining your choices
Ending a conversation when it turns toxic
Asking for space, for rest, for time
Here’s what I want you to hear today:
Saying no to something is saying yes to yourself.
For a long time, I thought boundaries were mean.
Like I had to explain every “no” with a long speech.
But the truth is, a boundary isn’t about pushing people away.
It’s about bringing yourself back home.
You are not here to carry everyone else’s feelings.
You are not a fixer, a do-it-all, or a sponge for other people’s moods.
You are allowed to protect your time.
You are allowed to protect your energy.
You are allowed to protect your heart.
So today, take one small step.
Set a limit.
Draw a line.
Or maybe just pause and ask:
“Is this good for me?”
If it’s not—let it go. Or step back. Or speak up.
Whatever feels right for you.
Your Turn:
What’s one thing you can say “no” to today?
What’s one way you can honor you?
And remember—boundaries don’t need to be loud to be powerful.

You are not selfish for taking care of yourself.
You are wise for finally choosing you.
